A little fall in the house...

Saw the graduated book stacking in the latest Country Home Mag...

Gave that a try...

They topped theirs off with a stuffed chicken!..who stuffs those?

I opted for a pearlized pumpkin...

Painted and crackeled the leaves...
added ribbons to the pumpkie...

Always a challenge to Fallerize in whites and pastels...

I figure most anything can be painted...

Just a little of what's been keeping my hands and head busy.

FEEDING THE HELP!...

Your just in time for a gingerbread muffin!...

You better grab fast...Autumn's been waiting for these to pop out of the oven...

She wanted Pumpkin Muffins ...but I have a killer Gingerbread recipe...and wanted to try my NEW fall silicone muffin thingy...
Thought the Grands would like these too!...


Go ahead..try it!

I promise you'll love it!


The batter is quite thin...don't worry, just follow the directions.

This recipe is great for a big crowd...

LOTS of spices too, you almost think it's too much...Just don't think, just do it!

Personally...anything with Molasses is wonderful.


She asked if she could take the ones home she didn't eat here......I guess.....


I thought for a minute...Autumn was going to take a dive right into the plate!

"Powdered Suger Please!"...well as long as you said please...

Take a good look...I have a feeling they'll be gone in a second!

Love this recipe... the little Muffins as well!

AUTUMN ANNIE'S ANTICS...

Autumn Annie showed up this morning with some great pumpkin decorating ideas...so I let her just go ahead and create... but FIRST I told her to do something with the Bike on the front porch...

I think she sort of rushed through that to get to her Pumpkin Ideas...

Autumn surprised me with this little arrangement by the front door...

Then she informed me I need to purchase some kind of Fall Welcome mat for the door...

Just between you and me...she can be a tad bossy at times...
I guess we're crowning our pumpkins this year...

Autumn Annie certainly takes a lot of breaks...

She informed me she'd like pumpkin muffins to go with her "Pumpkin" coffee tomorrow...

Good thing her name is "Autumn"...she's got a thing for pumpkin...

Guess I better get the muffins going....

HARD TO FIND HELP THESE DAYS...

Hired AUTUMN ANNIE to give me a hand with the "FALLERIZING" this year...

as you can see...she's totally done in...

Autumns full of great ideas but her stamina is ...well...not what it used to be.

She uses the word..."exhausted " a lot!

Seriously, she's so young!...how can that be!
and the complaining about "Fallerizing " being Hard work....WHAT ???...I LIVE to "Fallerize"

It took me a while but then it dawned on me...

Autumn Annie smelled the "Out of this world" PUMPKIN COFFEE I started brewing in the kitchen...

we had a little chat and I told her to help herself to a cup when ever she felt the need.

She felt quite a bit of NEED today...but after a few cups , Autumn really got into the swing of things ...

and created this Fall Cutie!...

Now ...that's what I'm talkin about!

I'm headed to World Market for more Pumpkin Coffee...

Gotta keep Autumn juiced up!

The last two days of our vacation we were in CHARLSTON, SOUTH CAROLINA...

The Forts were...Ft. Moultrie on Sullivans Island .

Out in the bay was Ft. Sumter.

The restaurant and Pub are downtown Charlston.

The amazing Angel Oak on St. Johns Island.

Loved our two days of Southern Hospitality!

Now that we are home ....we've been husteling to get ready for fall / winter.

Have been FALLERIZING to beat the band and loving every minute of it!

I must admitt....NOBODY PUTS ON THE COLORS LIKE MICHIGAN!

Put new batteries in my camera this morning and went on a shooting spree!
