Watching him cook is a huge learning experience for me...when he says you should cut the flank steak on an angle...thin, to ensure even cooking....I listen.

"A nice "Cerveza" would go nicely with this" comments the Chef....
then he explains it's a Mexican beer....cause he thought I wouldn't know...I just smiled and pretended I did.
Chef did add a little "Chef Rick Bayless's Frontera Fajita Skillet Sauce."
No complaining from me....Mmmm....

Ohhh yum! I think I'd have to throw any sort of diet out the door and eat those fajita's with giant dollops of sour cream and guacamole!! They look delicious!

Fajitas are one of my favorite things to eat. These look so delicious. Every couple of weeks, I go to my favorite Mexican Restaurant and order chicken fajitas.
