That PERFECT green...

I sometimes call it that..."Martha Stewart Green"...the color of the old "Fire king" dishes and mugs.

I love that green and it's becoming harder to find these days....

I found this little compote in a Petoskey resale shop... Looks like I'm not the only one who likes it...

Seriously?????

everyone wants to get in on the act...

Not the same green but the theme....BEACH....a keeper!

Bunny and Sue at the beach...we're on the second chapter, the Grands and I.

Ahhh! the days when little boys wore "Maryjanes!"...can you imagine.

  2. I just love the cover of that old book and it brings back lovely memories!
I do remember little boys wearing Maryjanes and actually in Montreal where I was raised there are still many people who put their little boys in Maryjanes during the summer! Very European and cute!
Have a great "beachy" day Kathy!

  5. Ah yes ! I love that green , so much so I painted my kitchen walls that color. And I keep my eyes open for unusual Fire King and Jadite pieces . It brings back the feeling of another time.

The black and white purse is adorable. Me and my daughters just started a new blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow.
