Our Kitchen Dance...

 Some days we both awake and want to create in the kitchen...

 I decided to make Dessert...mixed- berry pie with "falling leaves crust" to match the outdoors...
 the Crust being the most creative part... 
 While...the chef sashayed through the kitchen building this amazing...Asopao de Pollo.
 which he's been yearning to make for quite some time.

I think I'll just FILL my Dance Card with the Chef...

    Now girl...I LOVE THIS PIE! Listen to this...

    When my daughter was in HS (she is now almost 28) we baked an apple pie and it had cutout leaves on the top and was just gorgeous. When it was done I pull it out of the oven but the cookie sheet it was sitting on had no back and the pie slid off onto the floor. We were sooo upset but I started laugh. I said...well I'm not letting it go to the dogs...so we both got forks out and began to eat anything not touching the ground!

    All these years later it's one of our BEST memories. I'll never forget the moment of splatted pie and my girl won't either...
