Best Chocolate Cake ever!!!!!
2 cups flour
1 tesp. salt
1 tesp. Baking Powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup veggi oil
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tesp. vanilla
Mix well, batter will be thin, pour in prepared
9 by 13 pan.
Bake @ 325* for approx. 45minutes.
Maybe a little longer.
Great for cupcakes too.(shorter baking time)..
