Half the fun of a new bench is dressing her up!...

I've been buying books just for their pastel jackets lately at the thrifts....do you do that?

A good read....pearls and an old key.........likeable things.

Yes...I did make the house quilt....

Years ago on a business trip with my man.

He took care of business while I sewed in our hotel room...

You can get a lot done with no interruptions!!!!

There you have the $15.00 shabby bench...

of course it helps to have a talented husband too!

Makin my world a little Shabbier....one day at a time.

xoxo~Kathy.

  10. Dear Kathy...Oh my. The bench is awesome. Love the quilt, too. Just read about your husband's surgery and fight against cancer. I am so glad the chemo treatments have been successful in shrinking the tumors. I know how brutal that process can be so I'm so glad it's over. Also, that surgery was perfomed. May God continuye to bless you both and see you through this major storm of life.

And Kathy, THANK YOU for becoming my 97th Follower. I am very excited about that. Come by to visit often. Sincerely, Susan
