Good Morning...Thank You all for leaving such sweet comments about "Le Bath"... I hope I answered Your questions helpfully... If not keep asking and I'll keep trying!!!... The tall hutch was a surprise gift from my Husband while I was away...A very thoughtful man. As you can see he cut my initials in the doors on the bottom, (if something happens to me and he ever remarries... that ought to drive the new wife nuts!!!, don't you think!) Ha!...I'm sure those doors will be the first things to come flying off!!!... what in the world pushed THAT button???
I added some textured wall paper underneath the shelves on the outside just to give some visual interest and texture......Of course a new Bath needs New Towels...

Painted a Black Iron Candle holder "Creamy White" using it to hold "LeToilet Papier"

White picket fence wall paper with colorful flowers surrounds the room from the floor up , just a couple feet...This paper was in my last house too, I've never tired of it...
"Le Fleur de Toilet Papier"... Have the best day, see you tomorrow...xoxo~Kathy

  1. Kathy, I love the shelf, your hubs is a keeper! How sweet he was to personalize it by carving your initials onto the little door. LOL @ the whole "new wife" thing! You nut! You bathroom makeover is fabulous! I love the "Le Fleur de Toilet Papier"! Very clever!
The wallpaper is beautiful, it adds that special "je ne sais aquoi"!

  3. Oh the Initials got to me:) And your humor even more:)I went from oh how tender to what a crack up:) Too cute Kathy!

You know..I think I had that same wallpaper in our last house in the guest room:) I never tired of it either..But I did go through a stage in our second home(many many moons ago) where even the kitchen ceiling was papered:) So the last 8 yrs..I have been shying away from it here in our last house.
Often I am tempted to put up Jain's dining room wallpaper:)

  5. This is absolutely beautiful! Your husband's surprise is really nice. I don't have a "handy" husband. But then I guess I do have Robert for that!

  6. Monique...What is Jain's wallpaper? Is it a make or a certain paper someone has up already...I just broke down and bought the Bobby Brown Beach body lotion. I really had no intention but when I smelled it, wham "Highschool days at the Beach" ...It smells JUST LIKE the BEACH to me, hence the name! My daughters were with me egging me on to get it, (pressure)...I don't like to spend a lot of $ on smells but, I folded and glad I did...Just a tad each day and I feel like I'm at the beach...Funny thing is, the girls don't smell Beach, what is up with that? You must try it sometime and let me know what YOU think... Oh, and I pray the doors NEVER come off the cupboard...xoxo~Kathy
