THE LACE FAIRY VISITS...

I came across two bags full of lace all jumbled up in a huge mess for $1.50 a bag...
You know where...there was so much stuffed in the bags it was hard to tell if any of it was worth taking...
I took the chance and bought them both....
Spent quite some time winding them on cards to organize them...
I AM SHOCKED...At how much wonderful lace was in there...
90% of what you see here came from the 2 bags!!!!!

Just makes you want to sit down and create something.....
Actually....I did....Show you tomorrow!

I felt like the lace fairy stopped in with the Mother load....
Have a pretty day tomorrow!...
xoxo~Kathy

  13. What a great find...such beautiful trims!! I just recently found your blog and I love the photos of your home. It is a beautiful and cozy place!!
I decorated country cottage for years and then started to give primitive decorating a try, but found that it is not me. So, I've goten out the white paint, my lighter fabrics, and my white pitcher collection...and am going back to the look that my heart is calling for.

Keeping you and your family in my prayers.

  30. Hi Kathy,
Have been meaning to ask you is the bike in your header picture on your porch. It is awesome, It
just makes my heart sing everytime I see it, and I told my husband I think I am gonna take my daughter old bike and do that for my front porch.
It is small and you can't do much else out there,
so that would look fabulous I think. I just love it, so quaint yet elegant with all those white flowers!
Hope you don't mind me using your idea, since I live in Florida!! lol
    Blessings Galore sweet friend,
    Nellie
