So funny..I just smelled a wonderful holiday.. aroma.. and there is nothing near me..it has to be your home~
I got in the spirit today..Bless my husband's heart..he is the motivator to the Christmas preps..tree..mantle..village..I sat upstairs basking in the mini lights writing some Christmas cards afterwards.. and it's all worth it..
Our daughters homes are all done already..:)
..Writing cards holds a bittersweet memory for me..Although I seem to cut back every year..I could never just stop.
Thank you for sharing all your precious preps.. Happy Happy Holidays to you..
Okay, sugar, after I fix Jack dinner I'm heading back in here to read more!!! Why does th' man have to eat for crying out loud?! I think you and I are kindred spirits, sweetpea, just from what I'm viewing so far...Squeeeeeeal.... xoxo, Connie
I love love your tree, so delicate and the colors are stunning, so sweet and soft, i may have to steal that tree from you just so dang pretty, love it....
Hi Kathy, I tried to leave a post here last night, but it seems it didn't go through. I wanted to thank you for your so kind words and visit to my blog. Your charming home is amazing. I LOVE the cottage/shabby look. It just speaks to my heart.
We usually travel at Christmas, so we don't normally decorate. This year we're staying home, but now I realize that we didn't bring any decorations with us when we moved here! I'm enjoying yours.
LOL, I used to have that same loveseat. I bought it in Charleston donkey's ages ago.
Lovely to meet you too (thanks for visiting Computery, and so glad you found the info useful). What a fascinating blog you have - fantastic photos (note to self: must try harder). I've been going back through some of your older posts -your home is absolutely lovely. But I'm jealous of your studio - it's so neat! Lovely glasswork beads, by the way.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with me...I am always encouraged by your kind expressions and thoughtful comments....Know that you are loved....xoxo Kathy.
Oh what gorgeous cottage decorations. I love the candle and the tree is just stunning. Hugs, Marty
