  6. How beautiful your white on white table is! It just glistens with the silver and ever so subtle touches of pink and green. Beautiful! I wanted to tell you that I found one of the "spiky things" a.k.a. vintage flower frog at one of my favorite vintage shops yesterday -- I love it as I've been picking up some vintage postcards for the holidays (my newest obsession - LOL)
    Happpiest of new years!

I like using them for names at the table too...

Jane...I think the snowflake napkin holders are a couple of years old...probably why you missed them...

  17. Oh, Kathy. I LOVELOVELOVE stars, I don't really know why, but I always have. They're sort of like my personal symbol. I have lots of things shaped like stars--even tiny white porcelain star thingies that i use as palettes in my studio. BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY STAR PLATES!

    >ahem< Sorry for shouting. Did I read this correctly? They came from pottery barn? But we dont' have pb in Belgium! Are you sure they didnt' come from...say, IKEA?

    Happy New Year, Kathy!

  18. Beautiful serene table. The words around the table are a great idea! I also am inspired by the ornament tied around the hurricane. At first I thought the white placemats were chargers!Great ideas.

    Happy new year.
