  3. Very pretty cups and teapot! My favorite green. Makes me think of hot chocolate mint. I could go for that. Wouldn't mind a little cool weather here, too.

  4. Oh my goodness ~ how adorable!!! I can't think of anything I would rather do on a snowy day than drink hot chocolate in that charming room. I really like that green and white striped wall with the green and white frames. So clever. And, of course, the tray set up for hot chocolate is beyond precious.

  5. Kathy I'd come over and join you for hot cocoa but I think I'd have to borrow santas sleigh to make it there thru all this snow! :-)

    Love the greens...my favorite color!
    I just painted green stripes in our laundry/mud room {seen a few posts back}

    Enjoy your day and stay warm dear friend!

  10. SNOW! I grew up in Atlanta, where it never snowed. We just had ice. Here in Belgium it snows, but normally in January and February. I still feel like a kid when it does--SNOW DAY! YAHOO! I love your photo of the snow-encased tree. I've never seen that much snow.

  15. Lots of snow- that's what my sister said too. You're right, Kathy- it's the kind of day to cozy up and drink hot chocolate. But please remove that adorable snowman from your cup first!
    (It's pouring down here- good day to finish my tree!)

  18. Kathy, When I first saw that green I was in love with it! What a treat to take the tray up to your room and enjoy a nice cup or two of hot chocolate. On a cold day, it's a lot more rewarding to me than tea or coffee. Yummers....

    I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's death. You will see each other again to renew your friendship. Until then, take care and take pleasure in remembering your friendship together.

    Hugs, Sue
