Must get some Studio work done today...but your welcome to stroll through my yard...

As everything seems to be thriving so well , here are a few more shots of the outside... Hollyhocks are almost ready to bloom... Hot pink!

I love Hostas... they are pretty self-sufficient...

Bittersweet, Lilacs, Rose bushes and False Indigo....We need to get out there and do a little trimming before the Bittersweet completely devours us...

Our day will be rainy today... but that's okay...I need to work down in the studio and accomplish some Jewelry...May your day be a creative one, xoxo~Kathy.

  4. Beautiful garden shots! I like your pansy filled wheelbarrow and your white picket fence is so charming!!

I have hollyhocks that are not as tall as yours and I had to stake them. They were keeling over!! I'm not sure what went wrong...

I hope you have a wonderful day in your studio creating. It sounds like a fabulous way to spend a rainy day!

  11. Even my tried and true hostas look terrible due to our terrible heat wave in Texas. So sad. I had one that looked a lot like yours: lush! I lost one hollyhock before it ever bloomed. I'm coaxing another one to make it. I love your old wheel barrow. Always wanted one!

  12. Your garden reminds me of the one I had in the Pacific Northwest, just South of Seattle. So nice and GREEN. I had an English style cottage garden.

I now live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Big difference!
